AEROSOL SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING | MCHE 8650

ENGINEERING THERMODYNAMICS | ENGR 3140

Learn about the forms of energy and the art of manipulating them to produce electric power, refrigerate our food, and keep our houses warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Also, learn how the second law of thermodynamics controls everything.

ENGINEERING THERMODYNAMICS II | MCHE 3150

If you enjoyed Thermo I, here we take the excitement to the next level. Learn that while energy is eternal, its quality certainly isn’t. Of course, this comes with practical and, well, spooky implications. We also dig deeper into energy cycles, introduce the fundamentals of combustion, and finish up with a little bit of clouds.
